collect two types of information: personally
identifiable information and non-personally
identifiable information.

Personally Identifiable Information or PII is
Information that can be traced back to an
individual. Examples of PII may include your name,
date of birth, home address, telephone number, email
address, billing and credit card information. The
only Personally Identifiable Information that we
collect from you is information that you voluntarily
submit to us. We may collect this information in
four ways: 1) when you sign up for our Newsletter or
share our content with a friend, 2) when you sign up
for one of our online products and/or update your
member profile/account information, 3) when you send
photos or emails to your Nutrax inbox, or 4) in
connection with other products, services, or
promotions we may offer on our website from time to
time. But in all cases, unless you give us
permission to do so, we will never sell, share,
license, trade or rent your Personally Identifiable
Information other than as specified in this Privacy

are not obligated to submit any Personally
Identifiable Information. However, if you choose
not to submit any Personally Identifiable

of our online products and you may not be able to

Non-Personally Identifiable Information
Non-Personally Identifiable Information is
Information that by itself can not be traced back to

addresses, browser types, domain names, or other
anonymous statistical data related to website usage.

maintain, or the information that we have provided
to Third Parties consistent with this Privacy Policy
prior to the requested update, correction, or
deletion.
Please be aware that it is not technologically
possible to update, correct, or delete each and
every record of information that you have provided
to us. Due to the need to back-up our systems to
protect information against inadvertent loss, a copy
of your Personally Identifiable Information may
exist in a non-erasable form that will be difficult
or impossible for us to locate. After receiving your
request, we promise to take reasonable steps to
update, correct, or delete all appropriate
